LL heading in the right direction

'Hello everyone, I’m Jon Linden and I’m your Knowledge Base Editor. If you’ve never heard of me, or from me, I don’t blame you; I’ve been working behind the scenes, doing what I can to keep the Knowledge Base and Solution Finder organized, up to date, and accurate.
I’m here today to introduce the first of many Knowledge Base Articles of the Week, and to talk a little bit about the KB article suggestion process (more on that after the cut). The KB Article of the Week, at least in theory, should highlight a topic in the KB that might be helpful or informative to a great many of you.'

Linden labs are finally climbing out of the closet and opening communications in a much more effective way, these kinds of posts on the official blog are not only helpful but show a willingness for a certain amount of feedback, although comments are still capped it does help people to feel that their opinions are valuable.
There has been an improvement across the board as far as letting us know when there are grid problems and this can only be for the good of all residents, although I believe in-world messages that there could be a problem would be a good idea, for example when voice went down i spent about an hour restarting SL and then my PC believing it was just me! An in world message would have saved a lot of frustration, instead I didn't find out until i had logged several times and finally checked the blog!
Learning about the Knowledge base can only be good, as I think most people will only check it when they want a specific question answered, which is the way it should be after all we don't all read the encyclopedia from start to finish, but its handy to know there could be answers out there.
In conclusion 'keep up the good work' you are heading in the right direction LL.
