The main road has been rendered useless for now unless you have an amphibious vehicle. Linden Lab apparently has not been notified yet, because no road block signs have been rezzed yet.
As I was the only person on-site at that moment, I immediately put on my scuba diving set and started a search along the road under water. Luckily no casualties were counted, everyone seems to be safe.
